All standard IzzyMo contracts are for a 3-month period, and it is essential to complete all of your sessions before the end of the contract. Please note that sessions do not roll over. If you are on a payment plan and have completed all sessions before your last payment, you must make the final payment before starting a new contract.
Small group training (SGT) at IzzyMo Fitness is a convenient way of staying fit with other like-minded individuals. The small group training hours are from 5-9 am. However, I encourage clients to arrive by 8.30am, as I leave at 9 am, or I begin working with a 1-on-1 client. Clients are still welcome to arrive at 9 am, but I will be unavailable to train them.
IzzyMo Fitness does not have a strict cancellation policy. We ask clients to be mindful of their scheduled session time and communicate if there are changes or unexpected circumstances. If it becomes a habitual issue, it will get addressed to create a more consistent schedule. Please note that the best results come from showing up to your sessions. Yes, absolutely! Any SGT clients can participate in virtual sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays evening from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm CST. For private training clients, in-person and virtual sessions are available based on availability. This flexibility is one of the aspects that clients enjoy the most about working with IzzyMo Fitness.
IzzyMo Fitness does offer a traveling fee for off-site training, but please note that most gyms do not allow outside trainers to use their facilities. It includes large chains like 24hr Fitness, LaFitness, Equinox, Fitness Connection, and Planet Fitness. If a gym allows outside trainers, they typically charge an additional fee, which is the client’s responsibility, and the travel fee.

Instead of focusing on what you can’t have, we teach you to incorporate all foods in moderation. At IzzyMo Fitness, we believe in moderation and not depriving yourself of your favorite foods. Just like the trainer, you should never have to give up the foods you love.
